About This Course

Brad Goodman of Goodman Guitars, returns for his second course at the Lutherie Academy to walk you through the process of how to make a pyramid bridge using only hand tools. Brad has been handcrafting instruments for over 50 years. He is well known for building various styles, including: Arhctops, Flattops – both X braced and Ladder braced, as well as classical. He specializes in reproduction – style guitars, particularly those based on the Stella and regal guitars from the 1920’s and 1930’s. See his course on 12 string guitars to learn more about those.

In this video course, he shows how to make a pyramid bridge in a few easy steps using only hand tools and some sandpaper. You will enjoy learning how easy it is to reproduce the old style pyramid bridges and using them on your guitars.
